Caterpillar cab enclosure is available for all standard A and B series models. We do not carry doors for Cat C models at this time.  You can find our D series doors here.

Our pro-series kits are built to last and manufactured to endure the harshest of conditions.  The door is made using 1/2" thick commercial grade polycarbonate plastic, which is nearly indestructible and is guaranteed not to break.  Comes with an OEM style locking handle set (with keys), precision-cut stationary side window panels, weather sealing rubber gaskets, and all necessary mounting hardware.

***Keep in mind: this Caterpillar cab enclosure will require you to drill new hinge holes (drill & tap included) as well as other holes such as thresholds, and striker plates.***

Caterpillar cab enclosure is available for most standard models (see model option selector on this page). Everything you need for full-frontal operator protection, and to get out of the weather is included.

Installation is simple and fast, requiring only basic hand tools in most cases. It typically takes 1-2 hours to complete the installation process.

  • I have a 2004 cat 257b skid steer. I was wondering if the side window open and close for summer time use? Thank you.

    Our side windows are stationary, but you can remove the bolts and detach the windows for summer use if you wish!

  • Do you have a blower motor for a 277 b and all the seals/ gaskets and rubber cab mounts for the same machine

    Hi - we do not sell a factory replacement blower motor for your 277B, however we do sell an electric heater that is general purpose and could be installed.  As far as seals / gaskets / mounting hardware, that stuff is included as needed with our door kits, if you buy one.  Otherwise, we do not sell factory replacement parts - if that is what you are asking.

  • I have a Cat 259D does the 259 work on it?

    Hi Glenn - I'm sorry but we don't make a kit for any Cat D models, and the regular 259 kit will not work for your 259D.

  • How does the door sensor work since mine is on the opposite side of my wiring connector for the door sensor? I have a 267b.

    Hello! Thanks so much for reaching out. Our kits are aftermarket, and don't work with the safety sensors that some OEM doors come with. With that said, our doors are the 1/2" polycarbonte and attach with a simple male to female pin hinge. In the even an operator lifts the arms up with the door open, it will just slide off the hinges. Even if they jam, the hinge bases are plastic, and will snap under enough preasure, still saving the door. Let me know if you have any more questions!

  • I have a CAT 236B with the open ROPS. We would like to buy your kit to enclose the cab for winter use. How does your door kit seal on the top & bottom. The sides seal against the side posts but I cannot see how it would seal on top & bottom.

    We send an upper and lower threshold with the kit that attaches above and below the door, allowing the door to seal up. Here is a link with some pictures where I highlighted where the thresholds are located. Photos of Threshold
