Refund policy

Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on orders at this time unless the order is damaged, incorrect, or missing components/parts upon arrival.  In these circumstances, you will need to notify us of this within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

Please email or call us if you need to initiate an eligible return based on the above criteria, do not send your items before contacting us as we will not process a refund without prior approval!

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning any items, in the event that a return is approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and also purchasing shipping insurance as we do not accept liability for damages in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status for your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method for the order.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or your credit card company.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@skidsteercabs.com.

Damaged Parts Replacement
We will be happy to replace items at no cost to you if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.  You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if there are damaged items in order to qualify for a free replacement.

If you need a replacement for any damaged parts in your order, please contact us at sales@skidsteercabs.com and we will send a replacement promptly.
